While I was working outside my work place across City Hall (Something for the Veterans?)

I was sitting on a chair and then a homeless lady, very skinny homeless lady was walking towards me while I smiled at her. She sat next to me and after a while...


Girl: Hey, are you one of the homeless?
Me: -faint laugh with a smile- No
Girl: Did you use to be a homeless?
Me: No
Girl: Oh, Do you do drugs?
Me: -smiled- haa.. no
Girl: -smiling- You are blessed.

A person calls her over since the elevator came and she walks away..


I don't know why but what she said to me made me feel.. It got me thinking.
